Bestellingen, reserveringen en vragen uitsluitend per email (kloof@xs4all.nl) of fax (020-627 1395). U krijgt daarna van ons een bevestiging en antwoord per email, meestal binnen 3 werkdagen.
Afhalen in de winkel is alleen mogelijk binnen 8 dagen na onze bevestiging per email. Ingeval u boeken langer dan 8 dagen wilt reserveren (aangeven bij de bestelling), is een aanbetaling van 10% binnen 8 dagen vereist. De winkel is geopend donderdag t/m zaterdag tussen 13.00 en 18.00 uur.
Bestellingen van particulieren moeten vooruitbetaald worden, slechts in bepaalde
gevallen kan op rekening geleverd worden.
We accepteren de volgende credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, & Diners Club.

Binnen Nederland verzenden wij standaard via Selektvracht, (EURO 5.50 t/m 5 kg.), indien bij de bestelling aangegeven is ook verzending per TPG mogelijk, EURO 7.25 t/m 5 kg.)
Books are subject to prior sale. Condition of the books is VG or better, unless otherwise stated. Returns Policy: within 8 days after reception of the book (with notification). Our prices are in EURO.
